Monty Tech prides itself on being an integral part of the North Central Massachusetts community. Our facility is busy not just during the traditional school day, but on evenings, weekends, school holidays and during the summer months, as well. Community groups and organizations in need of meeting space, state-of-the-art performance or athletic facilities, or traditional instructional space may rent a number of rooms on our campus. Below is a list of spaces available for community use:
- Dukakis Performing Arts Center (1,038 seats, occupancy load 1,246)
- Cafeteria (7,300 sq. ft., 408 seats, occupancy load 530)
- Mountain Room Restaurant (seats 115)
- Gymnasium #1 (10,000 sq. ft., 1,036 seats, occupancy load 1,417)
- Gymnasium #2 (7,500 sq. ft., seats 300)
- Conference Room
- Classrooms
