Welcome to the Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School District Special Education Parent Advisory Council.

We are the Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School District’s Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC). The purpose of the SEPAC is to facilitate conversations, provide a voice, and give support for parents of children with special education needs.   We are a counsel of parent volunteers who work in conjunction with the Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School District to ensure that children get the services and support they require to develop to their full potential.  

All parents are welcome and encouraged to participate.

The SEPAC is a forum for parents to help parents. We know that understanding your child's special needs may sometimes feel confusing and overwhelming. We strive to help families better understand special education regulations, and develop awareness of the student’s rights and services available to them under the law. We're also here to advise them on matters that pertain to the health, safety, and education of student’s with special needs.
