The Monty Tech HVAC & Property Maintenance program is an exciting blend of two very relevant and engaging Chapter 74 programs: Property Maintenance and Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Students begin the program learning basic skills in carpentry, welding, heating/ventilation and air conditioning, metal machining, metal fabrication, and small engine repair. Throughout the course of the 4-year program, lessons advance to ensure all students gain the skills needed to succeed as managers in in a variety of settings, ranging from smaller, residential properties to large industiral complex settings. HVAC & Property Maintenance students are among the most in-demand in our school's co-operative education program, as they are prepared for entry-level careers in a wide variety or roles.
After graduation students may seek employment in any of the following career pathways:
