The Monty Tech Early Childhood Education program is a comprehensive training program, preparing students to become compassionate, responsible, and engaging day care providers for infants, toddlers, and small children.  Our students are presented with a comprehensive curriculum, to ensure they learn and understand developmentally appropriate practices that contribute to a safe and nurturing learning environment for the young child.  Through meaningful partnerships with the school's on-site day care facility, as well as other, off-campus schools and centers, our students are provided with  unique hands-on learning opportunities, gaining the experience and skills necessary to transition into the early childhood education college or career pathway of their choosing.
