Monty Tech is proud to offer students an opportunity to explore Culinary Arts, an exciting, comprehensive cooking and baking program.  Our students are involved in all aspects of the food service industry including planning, preparation and presentation.  Students are able to demonstrate their understanding in a unique, hands-on learning environment; the "Mountain Room" restaurant is located within the school where meals and bakery items are served to the public on a daily basis.
