• Register for TEAS Exam
• Apply for Financial Aid
• Submit a Completed Application for Admission with Application Fee
• Request Official High School Transcripts Sent to Practical Nursing Program
• Provide References: Three Completed Reference Forms Must be Submitted to Practical Nursing Program
• Schedule Interview with Director of Monty Tech Practical Nursing Program
• Attend Accepted Student Orientation
• Submit required CORI paperwork and related documentation
